I enjoyed the stay and was very surprised by the high standard of the hotel rooms.

The staff was not very interested in their guests....

I liked the medieval style of these place. the offer of free dvd movies was varieted, and it was a nice ideea for spending time in the room. the breakfast was ok, a good quality food. the speaker in the bathroom was ingenious

it is located a little too close to the main road and it was a little noisy for a mountain break. the matress of the bed was a little too hard for my taste

The view is great, people kind, the place( rooms, garden, relax) make you feel free, comfortable and to forget the quotidian problems,it's a new sensation. Prices OK, comparative other 4 stars hotels, for sure better than the 5 stars hotels for all period of the year. Was a good choice! A nice experience! I will come here other time for sure!

It's not a 5 stars hotel, because of space, the relaxing center is a small place, common sauna, don't have a pool, but definitely deserves 4 stars!

Really nice design of the place, warm and build with good taste. A very good value for your money. Rooms are clean, with very nice view. We had an apartment, each room has is't own DVD home cinema. PC with internet connection also available. Breakfast is buffet and was good.

Only one shower gel for two persons. I'm sorry to mention this detail since everything else was excelent.

The restaurant's menu is really poor for a hotel of this level / price. What's on it is good though. You have to book for the jacuzzi, the sauna. It's the first time I saw that.

Poor breakfast

It's a quiet hotel, good for a relaxing weekend. We had as view the ski path which was nice. Also, nicely decorated for winter holidays.

Well we expected more for 5* but the value of money compensated.

Nice service at reception, allowing us use a computer for internet, allowing a late arrival and booking a table in the only restaurant in the area that would serve us dinner after 9pm. Nice outdoor terrase for breakfast, nice installations, clean room. Breakfast buffet not splendid but better than in other hotels we've been in Romania. There is elevator.

X-rate used for translation of price from eur to ron quite higher than market.

a nice hotel, well maintained, clean, a nice room with a balcony, spa. fairly quiet. airconditioned.

There is a free WIFI , however it is accessible only in rooms which are near the reception.

We liked the comfort of the room, the view from the balcony and the tranquility.

We chose this hotel due to its reputation. However it is not a 5* hotel and it is more expensive than similar hotels located on the same street.
